- Purebaby cards are valid at purebaby.com.au and in any Purebaby store in the country of issue.
- Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Cards expire 36 months from the date of issue.
- Any balance that remains on the cards at expiry will not be available for use.
- Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given.
- Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases prior to the expiry date of the card.
- Balance can be checked in-store or online.
