You don’t need a physical card to enjoy your Blue Light Card membership. Even if your card is lost, you’ll still have a virtual card in the app, and all online offers can be accessed simply by logging in.
Should you still wish a new card, please login via website or app and go to 'Your Card'. There you will be able to place an order via 'Request a new card'. This will be at no cost if its less than 90 days since your membership started.
If face issues requesting a new card, just email us at support@bluelightcard.com.au with:
Your username or email (so we can find your account)
Your delivery address (we don’t store this once your original card is processed)
