🔐 Having trouble resetting your password?
When you’re choosing a new password, make sure it includes:
At least 10 characters
One uppercase letter
One lowercase letter
One special character from this list: ~#@$%&!*_?^–
One number
No more than two repeated characters in a row
If you haven’t received your reset email—or if something else isn’t working—don’t stress. Please write to support@bluelightcard.com.au. We can send you a temporary password and guide you through how to change it to something you’ll remember.
