It’s quick and easy here’s how it works.
How to renew
Step 1: Start in Your Card section
Look for the yellow banner that says ‘Renew Membership’ and click to begin.
Step 2: Follow the simple stages
Stage 1: Review your personal details ✔ Confirm or update your delivery address
Stage 2: Confirm your employment details ✔ Upload your work ID

Helpful tips
🔄 Can’t see the banner?
Check your card’s expiry date it might not be time yet.
Make sure you’re logged into the account linked to your original card (check the email where you got your renewal reminder).
↩️ Need to go back a step?
Use the Back and Next buttons to move through the stages.
📧 After you apply
We’ll email you once your ID has been verified or if we need anything else.
❌ If your ID is declined
You can upload another form of ID in the Your Card section (unless we’ve confirmed you’re no longer eligible).
When can I renew?
You can renew up to 30 days before your card expires.
Please note: while your renewal is processing, you won’t have access to offers.
Before you start, you’ll need:
A Blue Light Card that’s expired or expiring soon
Access to the account linked to your card
A payment method ready ($9.95 for 2 years)
A form of ID that shows you’re still eligible
Around 5–10 minutes of your time ⏱️
