What we accept as proof
For employees
You can provide one of the following:
Work ID card
Recent payslip
Statement of service
Bronze Medallion (with SLSC membership shown on the certificate)
For volunteers
You can provide any of the below:
Work ID card
Volunteer award transcript
Certificate of Volunteer Service
Bronze Medallion (with SLSC membership shown on the certificate)

A few important things to note:
Your proof must show your name and organisation

Any dated documents must be:
From the last 3 months (like a payslip), or
Within a current validity period (like a certificate)
You must be at least 16 years old to apply
We safely delete all ID as soon as your membership is approved 🔒
