What we accept as proof
For employees
You can share one of the following:
Work ID card
Recent payslip
Statement of service
For volunteers
Any of the following are fine:
Work ID card
Certificate of Volunteer Service
Volunteer recognition document
Written reference

A few things to keep in mind:
Your proof must clearly show your name and organisation

Any dated documents must be:
From the last 3 months (like a payslip), or
Still valid (like a current certificate)
You’ll need to be at least 16 years old to apply
Once you’re approved, we securely delete all ID you’ve shared 🔐
