What we accept as proof
For employees
You can provide one of the following:
Work ID card
Recent payslip
Statement of service
For volunteers
Any of the following are accepted:
Work ID card
Certificate of Volunteer Service

A few important things to note:
Your proof must clearly show your name and your employer or organisation

Any dated documents must be:
From the last 3 months (e.g. a payslip), or
Still valid (e.g. a current certificate)
You must be at least 16 years old to apply
Once your membership is approved, we securely delete all ID you’ve submitted 🔒
