What we accept as proof
For employees
You can provide one of the following:
Recent payslip
Statement of service
For volunteers
Any of the following are accepted:
Certificate of Volunteer Service
Statement of service
For retirees
You can share:
ESSSuper Emergency Services Fund statement
Retired Police Officer ID (NSW)
Police Veteran card

A few things to remember:
Your proof must show your name and your employer or organisation

Any dated documents must be:
From the last 3 months (like a payslip), or
Still valid (like a current certificate)
You must be at least 16 years old to apply
We securely delete all ID as soon as your membership is approved 🔒
