💳 Why can’t I top up my Shopping Card?
Shopping Cards are single-use only. You’ll need to purchase a new Shopping Card for each transaction you’d like to make.
🏬 A store won’t let me use multiple Shopping Cards for one purchase, why?
Each provider sets their own rules on using multiple Shopping Cards. You’ll find these in the provider’s terms and conditions on the offer page. We’re not able to control this, as it’s at the provider’s discretion.

If the retailer has ceased trading, the Shopping Card unfortunately cannot be redeemed.
Please contact our support team with your order details and we’ll review your case to see if a refund is possible.
If we’re unable to issue a refund directly, you may still be able to claim your money back by contacting your bank or card issuer to request a chargeback.
⏰ What do I do if I didn’t get my Shopping Card in time to make a payment?
If you weren’t able to use your Shopping Card for your planned payment, don’t worry, it will stay in your wallet and can be used for a future purchase with that provider.

Shopping Cards must be used before their expiry date. Once expired, they can’t be redeemed so it’s a good idea to check the date shown on your card.
