Refunds can take 5–10 working days to clear with your bank and appear in your account.

We’re not able to adjust orders if a boosted promotion becomes available after your purchase.

The provider is responsible for fulfilling goods bought with your Shopping Card. Please contact them directly.

If you didn’t give permission for them to use your payment card, you can raise a dispute with your bank.
