⏳ My card payment is showing as pending, what does this mean?
This means your transaction is still being processed. The funds haven’t been taken yet, but they’ve been reserved from your available balance.

🛒 Can I buy multiple Shopping Cards at one time?
Not at the moment you’ll need to buy Shopping Cards in separate transactions.
🌐 I closed the browser during payment, will I still be charged?
Check your bank account for any pending payment. You can also share the last four digits of your card transaction with us, and we’ll check our systems for you.
🪪 The system says I don’t have an active Blue Light Card on my account to buy a Shopping Card, what should I do?
Please make sure you’re logging in with the account linked to your active membership. If you have multiple accounts in our system, check you’re using the correct one.
🔢 Why can’t I add in the amount I want, it only lets me pick full amounts?
You should be able to add bespoke amounts. If this keeps happening, please reach out to our support team so we can help fix the issue.
💳 Can I use PayPal or another payment method?
At the moment, payments can only be made with debit/credit cards, or Apple/Google Pay where supported.
💳➗ Can I split a Shopping Card purchase between multiple payment methods?
No, Shopping Card purchases must be made with a single payment method.
📏 Is there a minimum and maximum value for Shopping Card purchases?
Yes the minimum amount varies by provider (usually $25). Please check the offer page for the exact minimum.
The maximum amount you can add to a Shopping Card is $5,000, although each provider may set their own limits. You’ll find these in their terms and conditions on the offer page.
📅 Can I schedule a Shopping Card purchase for a future date?
Not at the moment, Shopping Cards need to be purchased at the time you want to use them.
